Hospital Queue Management System in Pakistan — Token → Wait → Call → Serve
Long OPD queues are one of the most visible problems in Pakistani hospitals. Patients crowd around counters asking when their number will come, staff get interrupted, and management has no record of how long anyone actually waited.
H-TECH Queue Management System (QMS) by Hotsol Enterprises replaces that crowding with a simple, visible flow: Token → Wait → Call → Serve.
How it works
- Token — The patient touches the dispenser kiosk and takes a printed token. The token shows the service (e.g. OPD, Pharmacy, Radiology) and the token number.
- Wait — The patient sits comfortably and watches the lobby display instead of standing at a counter.
- Call — When a counter is free, staff call the next token with one click on the calling pad or teller console. The number appears on the lobby and counter displays, with a voice announcement.
- Serve — The patient walks to the assigned counter. Every step — token issued, called, serving ended — is recorded for reporting.
What a complete hospital QMS includes
- Token dispenser kiosks — 11-inch compact kiosk with built-in thermal printer and auto-cutter, or 24-inch touch kiosk with integrated 3-inch thermal printer. No separate routine queue server needed.
- Lobby display — large screen showing Now Serving, waiting tokens, and counter assignments, with voice announcements.
- Counter displays — LED displays above each counter showing the token currently being served there.
- Calling pad — one-click Next / Recall / Transfer for counter staff.
- Teller console software — counter-wise control, service selection, priority calling, manual calls, and operator-wise tracking.
- QueueReports — Executive Summary, Service-wise, Counter-wise, Token-wise, Daily Trend, Peak Hours, SLA, Priority and Manual Calls reports. Waiting time = called − token issued; serving time = serving ended − called.

FAQ
How much does a hospital queue management system cost in Pakistan?
Pricing depends on the number of counters, services, dispenser size and display sizes. Share your counter count and waiting-area size for a quote — Get a Quote on qms.hotsol.com.pk or WhatsApp 0312-7496479.
Can the system work for OPD, pharmacy, lab and radiology together?
Yes. Services are configured per site, and tokens, displays and reports are service-wise.
Does it need internet?
The core queue runs on your local network. Internet is only needed for remote support or optional cloud features.
Can we see our own data in the reports?
Yes — QueueReports runs on the QMS server and reads the live queue database. A demo with sample data is on the Reporting Demo page.
