Token Dispenser Machine in Pakistan — Touch, Print, Wait, Serve
Instead of standing in a line, each visitor takes a numbered token from the kiosk, waits comfortably, and walks to the counter only when their number is called.
H-TECH Token Dispenser Machines by Hotsol Enterprises power this flow end to end: Touch → Token Print → Wait → Call → Serve.
What is a token dispenser machine?
A token dispenser machine is a touch-screen kiosk that prints a numbered token for each visitor. The visitor selects the service on the screen, the machine prints a token showing the service and token number, and the queue system takes over: the token appears on the lobby display, staff call it with one click, and the visitor is served at the assigned counter.
It is the front end of a complete queue management system, working with lobby displays, counter displays, calling pads and reporting software, so every token is tracked from issue to service.
How a token dispenser machine works
- Touch — The visitor touches the kiosk screen and selects the service: OPD, cash counter, new connection, attestation, or whichever services the site has configured.
- Token Print — The built-in thermal printer prints a token showing the service and the token number.
- Wait — The visitor sits and watches the lobby display instead of standing at a counter.
- Call — Staff call the next token with one click on the calling pad or teller console. The number appears on the lobby and counter displays, with a voice announcement.
- Serve — The visitor walks to the assigned counter. Token issued, called and serving-ended times are recorded for reporting.
Two H-TECH token dispenser options
Every site is different, so H-TECH offers two dispenser machines. Both have integrated CPU, memory and storage, so no separate routine queue server is needed for day-to-day operation.
11-inch token dispenser — compact kiosk
The 11-inch touch kiosk is the compact option for counters and receptions where space is tight. It has a built-in thermal printer with auto-cutter, so each token is cut cleanly and ready to take.
24-inch token dispenser — large touch kiosk
The 24-inch touch kiosk is the full-size option for busy lobbies and multi-service halls. Its large screen shows the service menu clearly, even in a crowded waiting area, and its integrated 3-inch thermal printer handles high token volumes through the day.
Both models run the same H-TECH software, customised per site: service menu, token format, display layout, voice announcements and reports.
Where a token dispenser machine is used
- Hospitals — OPD, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and cash counters. See the Hospital Queue Management System in Pakistan article.
- Banks — cash, clearing, account opening and customer service counters. See the Queue Management System for Banks in Pakistan article.
- Government offices — citizen service centres, Police Khidmat Markaz counters, and offices where the public waits for documents and approvals.
- NADRA-style service centres — CNIC, passport, visa and attestation counters where footfall is high and fairness matters.
- Telecom franchises — SIM, billing, device and complaint counters in busy retail outlets.
- Utility customer centres — FESCO, MEPCO and other utility offices where customers arrive for billing, new connections and complaints.
H-TECH systems run at 200+ installations nationwide — hospitals, government offices, utilities, banks, airlines and visa centres. See the Clients page for the installation list.
Why a token dispenser beats a manual queue
- Fair and visible — first-come, first-served order that everyone in the waiting hall can see on the display.
- Calmer waiting halls — visitors sit instead of standing.
- Faster counters — staff serve one token at a time with one-click calling, instead of managing a crowd.
- Measured service — every token is recorded, so waiting time and serving time are visible in QueueReports (Service-wise, Counter-wise, Token-wise, Peak Hours and SLA reports). Waiting time = called − token issued; serving time = serving ended − called.
- Priority handling — priority calling rules are configured per site.
What to look for when buying a token dispenser machine
- Built-in printer and cutter — the printer should be inside the kiosk with an auto-cutter, so tokens come out clean and staff never handle loose paper rolls at the counter.
- Integrated computing — a dispenser with its own CPU, memory and storage keeps the queue running without a separate routine queue server.
- Local support and parts — 1 year warranty and after-sales support, with a local team in Islamabad, so a printer or screen issue does not stop your counters.
